General recommendations for slimming legs:

  • Exercise 3-4 times a week

  • Lunges (16 times)
  • Sumo squats (15 times)
  • Sumo squats pulses (3 pulses 15 times)
  • Sumo squats with calf raises (15 times)
  • "Skier" - side lunges (15 times each leg)

Before training, be sure to warm up. If you think the load is insufficient, you can strengthen it with dumbbells or a resistance band. Do exercises regularly.
